"This will be a bit of a long one, but it is consumer duty to report all experiences good and bad revolving required services in order to live in this country. Get prepared to read and find a new agent. 1. I got in a small fender bender as my car rolled into the back of another car at 4MPH as we were waiting on an highway on-ramp that had a stop sign due to construction on the road. The accident was very minor due to slow speed and we both had state farm, just traded insurance and license photos and we were on our way. We both started the claim on the same day, and it took 16 days for state farm to notice either of our claims and call us to get through the process. After about 5 calls with the national line, I was told multiple different reasons as to why it took 16 days, but the last rep said that there were IT issues that delayed the entire company from submitting and continuing claims. If this was the issue, why aren't we notified? Luckily, it was just cosmetic damage instead of anything that would make our cars dangerous or inoperable. After finally getting the national line sorted and progressing our claims, I reached out to Brandon Greene to ask them what's going on as - what are we paying for if we can't even get access to the services we pay for? They alerted me that the woman's insurance called Brandon Greene's office and wanted to talk to me just to get some background information and the lady on the phone said "They asked if it was okay to call you and we said ehhh we don't know". I immediately reached out to the other driver's insurance agency and they verified that what I was told on the phone was completely different than what they were told, so they were confused as they just needed a statement. This is the most embarrassing part, as I never even talked to Brandon Greene once before I talked to another insurance agency owner of the same company. I don't know why the lack of accountability is there, but genuinely, licenses need to be re-assessed with this type of behavior. The other agent and I had a great time making fun of the unprofessionalism and lack of action, as it shows why picking agents and reading reviews is important. 2. I got into a second not at fault accident after a driver was playing on their phone and decided to drive off the road as I was taking a turn, totaling my car, his car, and an innocent person who was sitting at the stop sign in the opposite lane. I let the at fault driver submit the claim to insurance and lo and behold, for the second time, Erie Insurance reached out before anyone from Brandon Greene's agency reached out. After that, Progressive called not too long ago to start the process of evaluating if the car can be saved, and yet again, no check-in from Brandon Greene's agency at all. The real issue with this comes when I signed over my title to Progressive to receive payout as the car was totaled. I signed the title over on 2/11, and Progressive sent me documents to confirm that Greene's Agency was informed on 2/11 that the car title was signed over and the car will be salvaged and I received a payout. My policy was supposed to end 2/17, my agency was informed, I thought I was fine. I received an email saying I have a payment due - Greene's agency committed fraud. If a consumer does that, we have fines, DMV points, and higher rates along with hard to approve at any insurance agency. I had to contact the state's insurance department to report this as this is operating in bad faith, and everything got corrected. They lied to the state and said that 3/30 was the acknowledgement date for the policy being ended, however I have it in email writing that 3/17 the policy was cancelled and end date was 2/12 after midnight. I would stay away from this insurance agency, as well as State Farm. It is embarrassing that I had to contact a state agency that most people don't even know exists in order to negotiate properly. I had to reformat this multiple times due to character limits multiple times. If that doesn't show you that this is a bad agency, I don't know what else to say."
